From time to time you may find that our email to you with the verification link in it is not or doesn't seem to be received. This happens occasionally with GMail and HotMail account holders and we often find the email may have landed in your jink/spam folders, so that's a good place to look first.
If you register for an account and still do not see the verification email within an hour of submitting your request and it's not in any spam or junk folders, you can use our Verification Request Form which will flag your issue to us and we will check your account status and verify it for you. The site will automatically send an email to you with the confirmation in it and we will also send you a second email to help you.
