The Amber Bugs

Following up on the success of 2020’s Year of the Rat EP was always going to be a challenge. The Indie/Ska bangers “Rat vs Mole” and “Pricks 2020” got the band known as one of the most fun,  exciting and unusual live acts around.

2021 had some ambitious follow ups. The huge orchestral collaboration that created the utterly out-of-leftfield “Frankenstein was the monster” was applauded by both audiences and critics in October. In Stark contrast the band also released “Could we be friends”, a sweet and honest, string quartet led ballad that showcases Teresa’s voice alongside Ben’s. With a new body of work being put together for release in 2022 we cannot wait to bring all the crazy things we have 
planned.
