The Silver Darlings

We have performed at shanty festivals and folk festivals such as Harwich International Shanty Festival, Leigh Folk Festival and also virtually at Oban Shanty Festival and Falmouth Shanty Festival. we have also sung at iconic venues such as the Golden Hinde and the Cutty Sark. 

we are travelling to Ostend vor Anker for their maritime festival and Oban this year and are due to perform at Paimpol Maritime festival next year.

we perform at a number of Women’s Institutes meetings and are keen to share women’s voices and roles in seafaring culture.
